This is out 3rd visit here, part of the hotel was closed off for renovations which was a little noisy as they started early, our room had a broken pane of glass in the outside, not the inside, the coffee machine was not working, they provided a carafe next to it, but not every morning, breakfast at the 19th hole was awesome as always, i live this place and will go again but it needs a little updating in general

There is no elevator- which can be helpful when you have a lot of luggage The room was quiet The floors were dirty - they look clean but the soles of my bare feet turned back walking around the room

Breakfast selection was good - parking was very easy. The room air conditioning compressor was quite loud - when only on fan the noise level was ok. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

An excellent, comfortable bed, cool air conditioning. The bathroom faucet was unacceptable, with only a trickle of water coming through when trying to wash up. Also, I am very sensitive to chemicals and there was a heavy perfume or cleaning product aroma when I entered the room each time.

I liked the bed. I thought it was very comfortable. The A/C was exceptionally LOUD. The shower pan was old and stained. The flooring throughout is pretty low quality. Overall everything was okay. Nothing horrible but nothing great, either.

As a birder who visits SE Arizona several times a year, I highly recommend the Best Western. The staff ate super friendly, the hotel is clean and quiet. And the room includes breakfast 6:30-9:30am. Youcan go out birding early ghen return for a bite to eat!
