"Both rooms 412 and 328 the ac didn't work 328 wasn't bad until I took a shower and then I realized that ac did not work either they need to fix that I still left the cleaning people a tip I paid almost 300.00 to not have adequate ac"

"The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, beds were very comfy. King suite is awesome, living area and sleeping area were separate. Close to shopping and grocery/food. The pool area was very inviting and had plenty of seating."

"The room was perfect. The event we came to town for was cancelled at the last minute and had it not been for cute room we booked at the hotel the trip would have been a total bust."

"This is a boutique hotel. It's an old property with a lot of unique charm. They give you a map when you check in and circle the room location. On the back it says what numbers to call from your room for certain services. Too bad my room didn't have a phone. :-/ We did find our way to the restaurant and discuvered an absolute gem! The service and food were amazing and the prices were fair. They even had liver entertainment starting at 6 PM."

"Cute place. Good amenities- breakfast, affordable items in the main area, arcade games were fun. Feels secure with the gates around the property. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Pool towels were elusive and scarce. Centrally located in Tucson. Overall, good stay. "
