Das Hotel liegt zentral und man kann gut zu Fuß das Stadtzentrum erreichen. Das Zimmer war ok aber sehr laut. Das Fenster zur Strasse war zwar geschlossen aber wohl komplett undicht. Bad und WC waren sauber und i.O. Morgens gab es ein Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.

El tema del estacionamiento, debían cobrarme $500 por día y me cobraron $800 Además el hotel no posee estacionamiento,este es externo al mismo y sin cuidados los fines de semana. No te dan el control remoto , ademas no funcionaba el sistema de apertura .la puerta se movía manualmente y sin custodia .habitaciones confortables y limpias. No tenían controles remotos para dar , por temor a que se los roben los pasajeros. El hotel debería solucionar la relación con sus empleados Solicito me devuelvan el cobro del estacionamiento en exceso de 500 a 800 $, Hotel para pasar una noche de paso

La cadena bajo su calidad

Hotel de paso con algunas cosas para mejorar , acolchado y almohadones manchados y desayuno de poca calidad. Siempre usé hoteles de la cadena Amerian , pero luego de la pandemia bajaron mucho su calidad .

Me gustó mucho la atención, con sonrisa y buenas explicaciones. El cuarto es bueno y la cama muy cómoda. Me gustó el silencio durante toda la noche, cosa que es difícil de encontrar en muchos hoteles. Lo único malo era la bañera, que el vidrio cubre solo la mitad y el agua va en todo el baño.

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones y predisposición y atención del personal. El desayuno está bien, no es muy variado pero incluye un poquito de todo. La cafetería y el room service tienen mucho que mejorar - son lentos para atender y me han traído la comida fría más de una vez. Ya había estado aquí por trabajo hace unos años, los elegí ahora para mis vacaciones, y los volvería a elegir.
