"Booked a room right after a snow storm hit Seattle and 100s of flights canceled. The shuttle and reception staffs were friendly and efficient (super busy too). The room was clean but the hotel could definitely use some renovation."

"Airport shuttle was restricted to times so you had to be careful to make sure you got two hours to get your flight in Seattle airport. The rooms are definitely outdated and need a repair, the water would get a little bit over lukewarm, but nothing hot. It definitely was not the cleanest room. It was like a converted motel. The staff of the morning of the 17th was very friendly and accommodating. We did not see what the breakfast was because we had to leave at 5:30 in the morning. The breakfast started at six. My biggest concern was the people coming in and out of the hotel, a rate of marijuana and lots of cigarette and musty smell throughout the whole hallway to our room and in our room smelled a little weird, the area we were told was safe. I thought it was a little sketchy and I do come from Kansas City Missouri so I know sketchy. Expedia has it at very good on reviews. I would put it at a good It was quiet and the rooms were pretty well insulated for noise. You do get a lot of planes because Seattle is very busy and that was expected because the location was less than a couple miles from the airport rating. I would give it a good for the price which was around $85 as of March 2026. I don’t know much about the area in Seattle. It was the first time we were there in that area."

"It was just an ok experience. I have stayed better and worse. It was decent for the price but not great. There were a lot of little things that weren’t great. Like the shower leaking and the drain was clogged. Weird smells in the blow dryer and the microwave smelled like smoke when I used it to heat up tea for less than a minute. The elevator was out for a while and they closed off parking at night so I had to drive around the building which didn’t feel safe walking around as a group of women after dark. "

"The exterior and hallways don’t give the impression that the rooms would be very upgraded or nice, but they are. Everything in the bedroom area was very upgraded and nice. Lots of places to put things (nice desk with drawers and a rolling chair, nice lamps with multiple switch settings and charging plugs). Fridge was a really good size, much larger than most hotel fridges. Furnishings were very clean, new, and comfortable. Bed bedding and pillows were all SUPER comfortable. The heating and cooling unit was really effective, easy to use. Bathtub was nice and big (I took both a bath and shower and both were great). The bathroom was small but had a nice big granite counter, huge mirror with good lighting. Had a ceiling fan vent. Towels were really, really thick and ample, and there were more than enough towels and wash cloths stocked. Large product dispensers in the shower. WiFi worked great. The building is kind of strange in that it is really long. Another family in the hallway could not find their room and I tried to help them, but the room numbers ran out and lead us to a dead end despite the wall signage telling us their room should have been where we went. Front desk staff seemed kind of tired, but gave helpful checkin information for where to park and get to our room. Great location next to the airport. There is an excellent restaurant called Sharp’s Roasthouse just up the road that is open until midnight, as well as a number fast food places that stay open late."
