Keno welcomed us warmly and was helpful in so many ways, even helping us book Thai massage. EV charging was also possible with surcharge of 14.40 for 20KW. Transportation card provided free for easy travels. Nearby park and shops nearby. Train station is walking distance too. Prefect place with dedicated staff. Housekeeping was top notch too.

Very good views from the window. To get to old town or train station is a tram ride away. It takes about 20-30mins. Also be aware that there’s a church bell that rings sometimes.

We had a pleasant stay for family of 4. The staff are helpful. Recommendated us ski attraction nearby suitable for family. My 2 teenage kids had a good time. Thank you.

Very beautiful hotel, close to the train station and there is a casino just next to the hotel. Good service and clean, there is an option to get breakfast for $5 which includes a coffee, pastry and fruit.

Excellent check in experience the assistant FO manager was superb . Gave us bus passes for our stay plus ideas on what to do . Negatives , housekeeping quality was horrid next day , sheet just dumped on bed , glasses and cups not cleaned , floor not swept / vacuumed . Reached back early evening on Sunday . Resteraunt was closed . Could not use foodora as cannot verify an international number . Receptionist asked to to keep trying instead of ordering for us and taking money .

Decent breakfast and also the staff was helpful to loan us a portable fan as the central air conditioning was off as per the normal practice in Austria in October

Nice and clean hotel. Overall stay was fantastic. Only feedback is on the very narrow entrances into the hotel carpark.

Definitely the best stay across our 3 weeks trip across Europe (even better than global brands such as Holiday Inn, Marriot, Best Western Plus and Accor which we also stayed at this trip). I would even go as far as saying that with some up-levelling of the soft product this hotel could even be rated as 5 star instead of 4. Apart from the restful sleep, comfortable rooms and amenities, my partner and I also appreciate that the hotel is a short walk from town and has a decent supermarket just next...
