This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there.
The hotel grounds were filthy. They didn’t vacuum or clean the vestibule at all the 3 days we were there. The restaurant food was just ok. Nothing great at all. Just expensive food with zero flavor.
The main lobby had huge stains on the rugs.
Staff was friendly at the front but really wasn’t over the top 5 Star customer service.
I loved the service, the well appointed and spacious rooms, and the shuttle to and from the concert. Also, Marlon in the bar was an outstanding bartender!

First of all, the staff is MARVELOUS!!!! The property didn’t look great on drive up or inside AT FIRST or at least it wasn’t what I was used to— but I was wrong, after getting comfortable I realized how nice of a hotel this is. I extended my stay

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Check in was easy and they accommodated us a little early. Our mattress was uncomfortable and when I told them they were attentive and gave us a lovely free breakfast in the Chalkboard their hotel dining. Someone came and evaluated the mattress so it will be replaced for next visitor!! We loved the location and would stay there again!!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The free and easy parking made arrival stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Inside, the hotel was super cute with a charming atmosphere, and the rooms were impressively spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making for a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
