Very, very dirty. The entire hotel was dirty. The bed sheets had stains on them. The hotel had a terrible smell. I had to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to stay. Complete waste of money. There is no way that this place should be rated as a 3 stars.

This place was horrible. They have bedbugs, no hot water and the pool is down. We were not warned at all until we tried to check in. When we did, we found they had marked us as no shows because of a glitch in their system? We were promised a full refund and still have no received it. We arrived in a big group because of a soccer tournament. All of our rooms got cancelled except maybe two people. That's when they found the bedbugs. I would never stay here again.

The service was down when we arrived so we couldn’t check in so I have as much cash as I had to get my family in the room to be comfortable! I got a double room and they only had 2 dry off towels and one face towel when the double room sleeps 4 people! After we got settled we left to go finish enjoying our family and once we were done we came back to the hotel and saw 2 guess in our room! The front desk gave 2 ppl a key to go in our room to shower and we were very disturbed and uncomfortable! I knocked on our room door and the 2 guest noticed that room was taken already and our key had been deactivated! The 2 guest were very apologetic but it wasn’t their fault, it was on the staff of the hotel! The breakfast options was horrible! Once it was time time to check out, the head manager was there and I explained everything to her! She was nice and handled everything for me! Other than that I will not be staying at that hotel ever again! Be Blessed!
