"Easy access to the casino "

"I was a little put off when I first walked in to check in and the lady at the desk without asking my name to look up my.room told me room is still dirty and it would be 10min. How would she know without my name. Then.people walked in after me.as I was sitting in the lobby waiting and she checked them right in. Another lady ended up coming out to help me. She was very nice and helpful and even moved my room as the 1st one was next to a hard of hearing room and they had their TV up way loud. Breakfast wasn't my cup of tea."

"I love the front desk clerk, she brings great vibes and her smile is welcoming and radiant. I don't like that only 2 of the 5 washing machine works but again that doesn't take away from the staff professionalism."
