Parking is fine. Room was clean enough, had a little bit of a funky smell, but tolerable. Staff seemed to be hard working and polite, and breakfast was favorable. The only real disappointment was that there are NO USB/C charger docks, like on lamps or built into tables that can accommodate a phone charger cord only. Only regular plug in outlets for charging, so make sure you bring your charger head along with your charging cord. Most hotels are pretty up to date with this technology I suspect, just not this one.

We stayed in a 2 queen beds type room but it didn't have microwave or refrigerator. We had leftover food wanted to keep it in refrigerator but didn't realize it didn't have one. So the food ended up in the trash. Breakfast was horrible. The property is very outdated. We wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. The bed was firm! The wall unit was noisy making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was decommissioned awhile back and the pool was out of service. We chose this hotel for the hot tub, pretty disappointed to find it was decommissioned.

When I made the reservation, I requested a ground floor room and when I checked in they said that they didn't see that so I ended up on the 3rd floor. We brought our swimming suits to swim and the pool was closed for renovations. One of our room keys stopped working after the first day.

Great stay. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Kenya went way beyond her job. She made sure we had everything we needed, and when we didn't she was johnny on the spot. Our car broke down so she was kind enough to extend our checkout tine to help relieve the stress!

Our truck got broken into smashed 2 windows. No one told us until we walked out and found it. Management has not contacted us since this happened. So no if you drive a truck without of towns plates do not stay here. Told that they target out of state plates.
