"What an unexpected surprise. This hotel melts your heart the moment you walk through the doors. The lobby begs you to walk past reception in awe of the details- not one overlooked. What an amazing rebirth of a grand lady."
"I went for a convention and everything was a wonderful experience EXCEPT the hotel was very, very cold. The AC was working overtime. Other than that, absolutely no complaints."
