Rooms were surprisingly clean and modern.. The outiside is a lot of homeless people and ladies that mostly work at night... Staff is very friendly and accommodating

The staff was awesome, understanding, and accommodating. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner but all in all our stay was very good. I especially liked the gated security entrances on the property it gave me a sense of safety that I was happy to have with my kids being with me. 4.5 stars!.

The room I stayed in was very clean . I can’t complain for as the hotel is old . And also can’t complain for the price. There’s one I didn’t like is too many people are always walking on side streets. I don’t know if the homeless people and prostitutes

Electeonic pad on the door broken. Room smelled of disinfectant to the point of having to air it out. Tv did not work at all. Had to unplug the fridge and microwave to try to get the tv to work...no cable service. Had to leave before 6 am so no one to give information to as office didn't open till 8

I was refused service because I posted the truth on Expedia - that once I cancelled a date with an employee, I was continually harassed via text, call and at my door at my previous hotel location. I was called to the front desk and spoken to, two men (one the manager who had spoken to me at the front desk) came to my room and spoke to me about my Expedia review, my claim of being harassed by a hotel employee - which I showed proof of with my phone, and then told me he would "probably be fired" when the other manager told me he was "absolutely firing him" the night before. That night, I went to extend my stay and was told I would have to do it this morning. This morning, I was told that they were completely booked. As soon as I left the room, the two men who came to my door yesterday went inside it. When I walked by, they followed me. I went into the office and laid a $5 on the counter. The older man asked how he could help me. I asked for 2 Dr. Peppers if he didn't mind. He said he did mind and for me to get off of his property. This was retaliation because I reported an employee for harassment and asked for something to be done about it, and because I called them out for lying to me. Nothing can convince me differently.
