We are very sorry that you did not find yourself well in our structure! Surely at the time of booking you did not think that the destination you have chosen is a very wild destination, in the sense that Mexico and all the hotels on the Mayan Riviera are characterized by the fact that they are immersed in nature, or the jungle, it is more than normal that there are animals wandering around the structure. We understand that some people are not used to this, the advice we can give in this regard is to choose the most metropolitan destinations for your holidays, where it is very difficult to meet fauna and flora. The problem was solved the day it was reported. As for the use of masks, first of all know that here in Mexico the use of mascgerine is not mandatory, I do not know if you have had the opportunity to leave the hotel, you would surely have noticed that no one wears them, neither on the street nor in public places, according to the mandatory procedure in all hotels is to measure the temperature of all employees before they start their work shift, but you certainly couldn't have known this as you are not from this country and not knowing the rules applied by the government.
