Bed was comfortable, I did have to cleaned at arrived since it was dust at kitchen counter and dishes. outside areas was unsafe and sketchy and inside property, there was security cameras, cameras that didn't prevented the person in front desk to abused and interrupted my time with my guest, that was purposely to push me to leave and for the person to take advantage of someone that was celebrating that night her birthday and had couple tequilas in her system. The abused and embarrassing situation push me to take my guest and daughter out of the property and management statated that they will removed the employee, and what was annoying was that they try to pull my guest name to make her responsable for what the abuser did. Management refund 2 days which they knew we was in Tulum 2 days. Anyone that read this...DO NOT GO HERE!!! AND IF ANYONE DECIDED, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT ENJOY THE AREAS, MORE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE FUN. I do want to mention Francisco, whom was kind and respectful at all times and who was professional, I wish he was the only worker in that place.

Cons: The area: is bad, very dirty, incomplete roads, some streets with no lights, does not really feel safe, not enough parking spaces. The service although friendly it was bad, they charged me incorrectly upon check-in, did not explained extra charges. The power went off for around 2-3 hours, no elevator, no a/c. Pros: Very nice rooms, big and beautiful, up-scale amenities. Loved the pool, great space to chill.
