nice cabana/cabin concept - very nice beach vibe - white sands - also beach front bar/lunch menu -- rooms matched the vibe - bare bones but adequate - *note - only one electrical outlet in evening -!-had to choose between phone recharge and fan - for a few hours - overall very much in the 'off the grid' experience -

Couldn't check-in. Need a refund!!

Didn't stay here. Unable to check-in. Front desk said they couldn't find our reservation. Said their system was down. And that they have closed the front desk and unable to help us. Place smelled like mildew and mold. Immediately booked Kai Hotel next door. Had no problem checking in and had an amazing stay. Also spent over two hours trying to get thru to Hotels.com to get help with this matter. Extremely frustrating experience.

Best thing about this property is the location. Just a short walk from your cabin to the beach. Unfortunately it's remoteness means you need a bicycle or car to get to other restaurants or convenience stores. There were no bikes on the premises for guest use, but one could be procured if needed. My room was spartan, no decorations, nothing homey or welcoming. Felt a bit like a barrack... but since all i needed was beach access, a clean bed, shower, and a fan... this was OK. Super unfortunate that no bfast was included since the hotel has a fully functioning restaurant. :(

Para empezar el personal hablando palabras inadecuadas entre ellos segunda los colchones estan pesimos no puedo entender como un lugar para descansar enfrente de la playa esta tan mal en los baños son compartidos expliquen bien los compartes con otras personas y no tienen ni siquiera una cortina la agua es solo fria y de noche no tienen luz , la luz la activan en las habitacion hasta las 7 pm los sanitarios en muy malas condiciones,no cuentan con toallas osea nada cero recomendable no volvería a reservar.

A pesar se cercanía al mar, el costo no vale lo que ofrece. En el pago al restaurante te incluyen la propina sin que aparezca el concepto. Quién no cheque su cuenta por inercia pagarás doble propina

Cabaña with bathroom

Front desk, bar and beach restaurant amazing service!!! The restaurant in the lobby not so much. Very slow. The beach is spectacular at this spot!!!! Lounge chairs and towels at the front desk. Stayed in a cabaña with bathroom. Door did not slide shut and cold water shower only. Was hoping for warm for that price. Would I go again? Absolutely!!! It is beautiful!

He estado muchas veces en Zazil Kin. Siempre en el sector del hotel. Julián y Jesús más los señores de seguridad siempre amables y predispuestos. Así también Gabriel en el restaurante Coral Azul,y sus empleados son muy atentos. Creo que tienen la mejor Playa y además con el Club de Playa lo mejoraron un montón. Camas cómodas, aire, y baño grande.

nunca me imagine estar en un lugar como este, lo mas maravilloso para mi fue que esta aun lado de las ruinas mayas de Tulum, aunque si esta lejos del pueblo. Y moverse ahi fue algo inusual para mi, pero aprendi a moverme en el lugar

Prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding klopt niet- ligging top

Zazil Kin is een leuk verblijf voor 1 a 2 nachtjes. Althans als je in de basis cabana verblijft met een gedeelde badkamer. De locatie aan het strand en dichtbij de ruines is fantastisch. Het geeft je een ultiem vakantiegevoel. Het ligt verder wel ver van het centrum. Je bent hierdoor genoodzaakt om te eten en drinken in het prijzige gebied bij het strand. Het onthaal bij de receptie was in eerste instantie niet vriendelijk. Met wat moeite kon de receptionist toch glimlachen. Het restaurant is niet bijzonder. De bar is wel gezellig bij het hotel. De cabanas zijn heel erg basic. Slechts een bed, tafel, 1 stoel, 1 stopcontact en een ventilator. Er was geen ruimte om je spullen in te liggen, of haken om iets aan te hangen. De gedeelde badkamer had wel wanden tussen de verschillende douches, maar geen gordijnen o.i.d. ervoor. Prijs-kwaliteit niet helemaal in verhouding. Wil je voor een oké prijs een strandbedje en op het strand verblijven, dan is het een aanrader. Anders kan je in het centrum mooiere verblijven vinden voor dezelfde prijs.

+ Carlos von Rezeption war ein Goldstück er war sehr Kunden orientiert und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. + Das Personal des Restaurants und an der Strandbar waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. + Die Preise und Portionen sind mehr als fair in beiden Restaurants und der Strand ist traumhaft schön, wenn keine Algen da sind (Natur). Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Tulum oder in der Nähe der Maya Stätte. - In den Cabanas kann es nachts sehr kalt werden, aber es gibt Decken an der Rezeption, zudem stimmt es leider dass es super feucht ist, aber einfach alles verschließen, was nicht gebraucht wird. - Problem: Betten wurden klamm, Matratzen sind nicht sonderlich bequem, man spürte jede Feder. - wir hatten das Glück in einer neuen Hütte zu schlafen, aber hier gab es ein paar Konstruktionsfehler: Wasserhahn und Waschbecken, Gestank aus den Abwasserrohren, Wasserablauf in der Dusche, etc. Zudem gibt es wenig bis gar keine Möglichkeiten Dinge aufzuhängen. Internet nur in den öffentlichen Bereichen, nicht in den Cabanas.

Assolutamente sconsigliato

Il bungalow aveva una finestra rotta e pioveva anche dal tetto. La federa del cuscino era bucata e anche la rete attorno al letto. La porta anche non chiudeva perfettamente e un topo sarebbe tranquillamente potuto entrare. Per 80 euro a notte non mi aspettavo una cosa del genere. In più un signore della sicurezza ci ha ordinato un taxi e ci ha detto che il costo sarebbe stato 150 pesos. Il taxi ha chiesto 200 pesos e il signore della sicurezza ha negato il fatto che due minuti prima ci avesse detto 150 pesos. Corruzione a livello top. Al ristorante hanno trattenuto la mancia "suggerita" senza che noi dicessimo di volerla pagare. Unica cosa positiva dell'intero soggiorno è stata la vicinanza al mare e il barista che era molto socievole e gentile. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Spartanskt men funktionellt. Hydda m två sängar. De gemensamma duscharna funkade sådär och det var rätt mörkt (få lampor). Toaletterna var rena! Bra restaurang och fantastisk strand. Härligt att vakna till fåglarna på morgonen.

Photos are totally deceiving! the rustic cabanas are extremely rustic- worse than camping in my opinion. They were dirty, not private (no curtains on our windows so anyone walking by could see right in) and it didn't even have a fan! The women's showers were freezing and the lights didn't even work- terrifying experience to shower at night. It feels like they're taking advantage of the prime location on the beach as that is the only reason to stay here.

Fantastiskt läge men dåligt skick

Kackerlackor och myror på rummet och kvarglömda underkläder på rummet när vi checkade in. Men fantastiskt läge på stranden. Få pratat engelska och räkna med att allt tar tid - tex utcheckningen.
