The property was very nice overall. But the best part was the staff, very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Roberto in the restaurant was absolutely awesome. He was welcoming and attentive and even brought the kids a basket of donuts for national donut day. Worth coming back just for staff interactions. The front desk was always helpful and helped us to book transportation, car rental, excursions, seamlessly.

Being right beside the ocean, hearing the waves at night, was calming and lovely. And the pool on the beach is perfection.

DO NOT go here!!! Toilets broken, Air condition did not work! Sink did not drain! No hot water! Nobody came to address the problem...we just kept on hearing that somebody will be there in 5 minutes, but no one came. No manager on site to take care of our problems. He just ghosted us!

We booked a room with the jungle view and a private pool and upon checking in we were immediately upgraded to an ocean front room, private swimming pool right outside our front door with lounge chairs and the beach was literally 10 feet away from the fence on the front of our own private yard. It was an amazing experience, the hotel was fantastic, I don’t have one negative thing to say about the entire stay, the staff and everything were amazing. 5 out of 5 stars

A/c would not cool down. Alot of algae can't swim in beach. The owner needs to pay more attention to how much algae is accumulated. We had to go elsewhere to enjoy the beach and spend more money out of pocket.
