"The room is very clean and spacious. We booked it for family size of 4 and my kids have a good size bed each. The bed is comfortable with heater. Extremely comfortable in winter. The morning view is very beautiful. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the evening and he came out in the cold to make sure we can find the parking lot and showed us our room. "친절한 사장님이 뷰가 너무 멋진 105호로 업그레이드해주셨습니다. 3인 가족이라 이 객실이 더 편할 것 같다고..: 통유리로 보여지는 일출 뷰가 정말 멋집니다. 일요일 아침에 주시는 전복죽은 써프라이즈 선물같네요. 남해에 오면 또 묵고 싶은 숙소입니다. "

"1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard. "
