"We enjoyed our stay at the Ickale hotel. It is the best hotel in Ankara. We had experience with other hotels in this area. We love the breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful. Miraç is so nice and kind. All other staff members are very polite, professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

Not a good experience

"The biggest disappointment was the language barrier. Only few of day staff were able to speak english. None of the night shift staff were able to speak english. We had water leak in one of our rooms at 3 am, no one was able to understand and help. One of the staff was even giving us hard time and got so aggressive. Breakfast is very simple, not many choices, no fruits and nuts. "
