We are family of 6, and 2 of the three rooms had small beds that two people couldnt sleep on. We slept on the sofa, also we waited for about 1 hour at check-in. It's a good hotel, but this time, we weren't as much happy as before

Very expensive for the service we received. We were told before booking that breakfast is free for children but when we arrived there, they asked for 50% for children.

We ignore who gave you the wrong information but our breakfast is free for babies and for children from 02 years old till 12, the breakfast costs 19TND per a child.Your booking was on room only and not on bed and breakfast. Sorry once again for the misunderstanding and we wish to welcoming you back with us and that you give us a second chance to make your stay on the level of your expectations.

Hotel is a good place in a great entertainment and shopping area....However, Had to leave after first night as it was very noisy and a sleepless night. I did complain and received a full refund but it was one night wasted off my Holiday. Hotel staff and management dealt with the issues professionally and offered a different equivalent room next morning but it was too late and had a sour taste by then.

I always visit Tunisia and stay in different hotels and apartments. The stay was ok, I have been nicely welcomed and offered a beverage and a hot towel which was a nice touch. Regardless of some remarks on service the staff were trying to be helpful and fix any mistakes and I can see that there is more chance for improvements. The most down side is that I have had more expectations since the price is way above average which made me had more expectations for what I have paid for, The room is not soundproof, No Blackout drapes/curtains. I will only visit again either if they have improved the rooms or have reduced the prices, otherwise I will stick with better options with the same price range.

Avani is a new hotel, the location is very good, it is close to the Corniche and has several shops and restaurants close by. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The SpA was excellent!

Le jour de notre arrivée les chambre n’était pas prête sachant que nous étions épuisé du voyage nous avons attendu 2heures pour ce retrouver dans une chambre sans électricité et vétuste par la suite au long du séjour nous avons gravement était déçu par le service le ménage mal fais fer à repasser ne fonctionner pas pas de sèche cheveux les odeurs dans les pièces l’eau qui coule par tout et le frigo qui coule de l’eau et le pire de tous le mini bar et payant c’est vraiment inadmissible je suis aller dans plusieurs palace de luxe et je n’ai jamais eu de supplément sachant le prix qu’on payer à l’hôtel Nous avons passé un séjour affreux mes beaux parents son déçu car mon beau père a glissé par terre a cause de l’eau et les nuisances sonore. Nous avons réclamé mais rien ces passé

Le directeur est un homme formidable et très professionnel, malheureusement le reste du personnel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel cinq étoiles est réellement ça ne vaut pas le prix en plus de ça toutes les consommations sont hors de prix par rapport à la moyenne local

Excelente hotel. Tuve un problema con la reserva y hoteles.com la solucionó alojándonos en este espléndido hotel. Queda un poco apartado del centro, pero vale la pena conocerlo.
