"The mother and daughters own and run this boutique hotel-guest house in the middle of La Marsa neighborhood. It is not far from La Marsa

and more lively neighborhoods, but this property does seem to be an isolated located. For someone from North America, it is too remote to access to anything and anywhere, but I can see it looks like an oasis property if you seek privacy. (like 15 min). Water pressure in the shower was bad. Also not a fan that they put out stuff for breakfast outside for quite a long time in the heat (like yoghurt, juice etc) But all in all I would recommend this place."
