"Realice la reserva por la habitación deluxe, la mas costosa disponible con jacuzzi/bañera de hidromasaje. A pesar de llamar previamente para confirmar la reserva, apenas llegue al hotel a hacer el check-in me informaron que no tenian disponible el cuarto que yo había reservado y me querían acomodar en un cuarto sencillo, simplemente justificando que el cuarto lo habían asignado a otro huesped, tuve que esperar alrededor de una hora en recepción para que pudieran solucionar y finalmente darme la...
