La cadena de la puerta está rota. Dije a la recepción dos veces y no cambiaron nada. Las almadas están sucias con manchas y no salió bien el agua del baño. Quejamos todo en la recepción, pero no hizo nada.

Estuvo bien. El único incoveniente fue que habíamos reservado un tipo de habitación y nos comunicaron que no estaba disponible. En vez de ese tipo de habitación nos dieron otra y nos reservaron el jacuzzi para los dos solos.
