El horario de la piscina no es favorable cuando uno va de fin de semana mas con niños pues los domingos no hay servicio. El agua caliente de las duchas no existe y tan necesario en ese clima tan frio.

Perfecta ubicación, y personal muy amable.

Hotel perfectamente ubicado en el centro de Tunja. Personal muy amble. Habitación adecuada con buena luz natural y ventilación. Algunos detalles negativos como por ejemplo cabeceros de las camas llenos de gotas de pintura blanca de las paredes. Eché en falta un pequeño frigorífico minibar, y también cortina para poder quitar un poco de luz natural. Baño correcto. Desayuno adecuado.

Buen hotel en Tunja

Es un buen hotel. Sin lujos y un tanto viejo pero funciona muy bien. Sus empleados son muy amables y se tiene todo lo que uno necesita. Está muy bien ubicado.

Tunja for a few nights

Older hotel but still one of the best in Tunja, and the service is wonderful. Got along with all the staff, and also found good info about the surrounding area. Good rooms, ok price.

Una gran sorpresa.

Este hotel nos gusta mucho lo único que no nos gustó es que en la página no fueron claros en decir que faltaba el cobro del IVA y el seguro Hotelero por persona y excedió nuestro presupuesto

En términos generales muy bien, Tunja al ser una ciudad tan fría el agua caliente de la ducha no es lo suficientemente caliente. El wifi es excelente, la atención de la señora Alexandra del Restaurante es muy buena, muy gentil y servicial. El desayuno es generoso y muy rico.

Everything but hot water

Seems like its the most expensive hotel in town. First I have to say their staff are good, really nice, in a old-school way. The room is big and clean. The breakfast its ok. Resuming all above their quality meets their price. !!BUT, the water in bathroom its pretty weak, we stayed 3 nights, 2 nights the hot water was not stable (sometime cold af sometime just burn you), the last night they didn't even have hot water. Said it was because the tube problem. But, we weren't not prior notified and after a day in the mountain you can imagine. Maybe we are unlucky but if we were prior notified i would feel better.

Muy buen hotel lo único es que en la habitación (517) al parecer hay una gotera que incomoda al dormir, y en la mañana al usar la ducha las máquinas suenan fuerte junto al espaldar de las camas

Muy buena experiencia, es aconsejable dar mejores horarios para la piscina y los baños turcos ya que es un diferenciador de otros hoteles y si no estan en servicio se pierde la idea de regresar

Casi perfecto

Todo esta perfecto, hotel renovado, amplia habitación y desayuno completo, menos el agua caliente en una ciudad fría que casi no funciona.
