"Parking and location are great. Pricing is lower than chain motels with similar amenities. Clean, comfortable roads with updated AC and wall heating. Bathroom is a little dated in color but the shower was hot and everything was in working order. Room was more spacious than many roadside motels. Beds were great. I didn't have time for television but that also looked good. The channel guide was printed in color and standing on the dresser. Fridge, microwave, desk, four sets of lighting in the room, all modern and well kept. The maintenance man was working this weekend on trimming the shrubbery. Looking good. Staff at check was friendly. I'm not sure how old this motel is but I'd estimate the 1950's. Well maintained for it's age. My family has stayed here when I was young and we will be back again when we need a room. Excellent overall."

"My stay was very nice. Easy on, easy off the highway. Arrived at 3pm check-in time. Front desk person was very helpful and pleasant; the room was clean and comfortable. I returned after a concert in State College at 11:30pm (about a half hour easy drive) and there was a screaming child next door, but I was up for another hour and the sound of the room a/c fan drowned most of it out. There is a Sheetz about 1/4 mile up the road, which was nice because I hadn't eaten dinner before the concert. The breakfast was very good: make-your-own waffles in 2 flavors, muffins, bagels, English muffins, etc., cereal, juice and coffee, oatmeal, eggs, sausage and biscuits and I think gravy. The hot food wasn't super-hot, but I took my food to my room, anyway, so I just microwaved it. Online says breakfast is 6am-10am, but it was actually 7am-10am, which was fine because checkout was 11am. If I book a hotel with breakfast, though, I do like to know ahead of time when it starts in case I have to leave the hotel early. Only complaint was the Wi-Fi turned off around 8am and I couldn't get back on with any device. Not sure if that's planned or if I was just unlucky? It also came up when I arrived that you can only have one device per room per stay... Not sure if that's accurate or not, but I could see that being an issue if you were traveling for business and needed to use multiple devices. Overall, my stay was very nice, and I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area."
