Not a bad room for $59, but: 1) lobby doors were always locked, and 2) there was no continental breakfast as advertised. So... sorry, only a medium rating./

If you’re looking for a place to stop over night that you’re going to feel comfortable in, try this Americas Best Value Inn. They’re pet friendly, too. This is a no frills place, but the property was very clean and the grounds neat. There are multiple restaurants and shopping very nearby. No need to get in the car and drive miles to find a good place to eat. It’s what the name says: best value. My husband and I don’t go on vacation to stay in the hotel room. We’re looking for a clean and safe place to lay our heads at night. This fit the bill. We will stay there again the next time our path goes through Tupelo, MS.

Didn’t know the WiFi password due to bad service with phone I called the front office numerous times they wouldn’t answer so I went to the front desk nobody was there after ringing the bell over and over no one still came to assist me so I was there with bad service all night

This hotel was clean enough and the staff was ok but the overall stay was uncomfortable. The staff will only talk to you thru a small glass window because they have fell for the returning Covid lie. That also means no breakfast due to the lobby being locked down. 🙄 The parking lot is well lit at night but several thuggish looking people walked thru like they owned the place. As a 2nd amendment supporter, I never like to feel like I need my weapon but I felt that way here. Very unsafe feeling. Won’t ever stay here again.

We stayed on a quick overnight during a long road trip home based on the review vs price and were disappointed. Location was good....clean...but rooms 'tired' and a little banged up. Very excessive pet fee for a 12 hr stay ($25!) This should be disclosed on the website. Lots of other options in the immediate area...we won't be staying again. Could have stayed at a Marriott for that price!

The price was very good and a good clean room. I was pleased. TV did not work very well but I did not care and did not report it. Although the web site says they have continental breakfast, they did not. But again I did not care. Good comfortable night. I will stay there again. I recommend.
