I will start with the good: the bed was clean and very comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and the showerhead was great!
However, if you have paid someone to clean that room, you need to get your money back. When we entered the room, someone had spilled a sticky liquid on one of the bedside tables, which had not been cleaned up. My guess, from the Bud Light beer bottle caps on the floor– which I stepped on – is that it was beer. The rug had obviously not been vacuumed or someone would have seen the bottle caps. There was a yellow ring around the inside of the toilet, which let us know that had not been cleaned either. The table had dried brown spots of what looked like some kind of cola . There were cobwebs in the corners containing caught dead bugs. If someone was supposed to have clean that room, they badly missed the Mark. My husband had to get soap and a washcloth and wash down the nightstand and table, because we could not set anything on them . It was really sad that what could have been a nice stay so obviously had not been prepared since the last guest.
the exception to that was that the bed was made with clean linen.
