"Very clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe apartment, which has elevator access and is convenient. Equipped with lots of amenities. Even with coffee capsules to start the mornings. It's near all the spots you want to see when going to polignano a mare; the beaches, cute little shops, bars/restaurants, etc. The apartment was cute and we loved having a little kitchen + a table outside on the little deck. "Our stays at the Parco del Principi Hotel Congress & Spa were outstanding. We stayed two nights (October 31 and November 4, 2025) as our niece was arriving on a late night flight from Barcelona and flying out on an early morning flight. The hotel is located .7 km from the airport making it very convenient. Check in and out was very easy; all hotel staff were efficent and polite. The underground parking was clean and very easy to navigate. The restaurant was absolutely outstanding with a wide ranging menu of pastas, seafood and mean items. All dishes were well presented, using high quality products and all were delicious. The restaurant staff was attentive without being intrusive. The will now be our go to hotel whenever arriving or departing Bari, Puglia, Italy. We highly recommend the Parco del Principi Hotel Congress & Spa. "
