Very bad customer service.

Very bad customer service. They cancelled our reservation because of the Covid-19. They can not offer the service but refused to refund our money. Beware when you book here because they could trick you.

Right in the centre of Turin, you look out onto one of the busiest pedestrianised shopping streets so you're in the beating heart of the city plus 5 mins walk away from the main piazza and 10 minute walk from the bus station. Everything you need close by.

Sehr gute Lage, viele Geschäfte und Supermarkt (Carefour) in der Umgebung, Palazzo Reale, Pallazo Madama , Turiner Dom, Tourist Information ca. 10 min Fußweg. Haltestelle der Straßenbahn ist in der Nähe. Leider ist die Umgebung etwas laut.
