Hotel Turin Palace

Hilton Turin Centre
Lovely staff, but experience spoiled by the fact it feels like you have to pay extra for everything e.g. entrance to spa, water in the room, breakfast. We never managed to get the WiFi in the room sorted - I wonder if it’s linked to the push to sign up for Hilton Honors?
