"All inclusive was not all inclusive in my opinion. We got charged for Wifi, charged for safe-deposit box, charged for ice-cream, charged for baby stroller.
Towels only get changed every 2 days and bedsheets only 2x a WEEK.
No laundry service available at all.
Only good thing is that the main restaurant food was decent and good variety (except for breakfast. This was the same each morning).
Enjoyed the grilled food. Staff in main restaurant were really kind and polite.

"We have been coming to the hotel 3 times. Employees are good and Mr. Onur at the reception is perfect & helpful. The activities and facilities are good. Nice night parties. Food is very good. Alcoholic drinks are normal, only whisky is good. It is a very important issue for us SPA Center can only be used free of charge until 15:00. House keeping it was good too(Mrs Ayse)."

"öncelikle odalar konforlu ve temiz herşey yeni ve kaliteli sadece yastıklar biraz zayıftı düzeltilirse 4*4 lük olur. çalışanlar oldukça ilgili ve güler yüzlü. denizin koda olması ayrıca ormanın içinde olması hem doğa hem deniz combo tatil. içkiler kaliteli markalar hep bilin merkalar öyle hayatta adını duymadığınız şeylerle karşılaşmıyorsunuz. yemeklere gelince kahvaltı iyi snakeler güzel sadece akşam yemeği bi tık zayıf kalıyor aöa düzeltilebilir. biz oldukça keyig aldık tekrar gidermiyiz...

"excellent stay again. food in buffet is excellent quality and always hot. same for bbq and levante restaurants.
all staff friendly and smiley.
main pool is heated warmer than babies and kids pools and is a lovely temperature.
only negatives is that you are pinned in like sardines on the loungers around the pools. the main pool is the same depth throughout. it would be great if there was a slopped entry and more shallow area so that our 7 year old was not out of their depth"

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please...
