I didn't like the people at the desk, not very curtious,rather rude,not willing to help or give any information. Get superized when ask about point of interest as if they are out of town.,we checked out earlier so we had a gap till we catch trin to Rome, ,so we decided to stay in on of waiting room down till we leave,one of the undercover security,keep chasing us when we went to the bathroom, and up when we were sitting, awaiting to leave in an hour or so,very rude.

I stayed a week. There are no drawers to store clothes. Only a closet with 3 hangers. The room is small but livable. The shower stall is entirely too small for a queen sized person. The walls are very thin. Can easily hear conversations etc. The breakfast was okay.

"Sadly I was there to attend my brothers funeral so that perhaps tempered my visit. Only problem we had in room 109 was the television. First time desk came down a replaced remote batteries. The next day I had to call the back and this time they replaced the whole remote but it never had good functions. ..."
