"We made a last-minute, same day reservation. The hotel was very easy to find, but it has a lot of renovations going on throughout the property, making parking limited. The floor was dirty, but the rest of the room was clean. We came in late at night and left first thing in the morning so we did not spend time in any other area of the hotel."

When asked he just kept repeating accidental. they ended up charging me again for another room when I had already booked and paid in full ahead of the. And they continued charging me. When asked about it the manager Lewis said he would resolve the problem and get back with me the next day. He still has not, but continues to charge small amounts. Just add $15 to your over all price. Also, the HOLD they put on your card ($150) in addition to the room!? What a joke. Total was$350, and I had to wait 3 days for the bank to “release” the hold.
