Chateau On The Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center

"Staff was excellent. Extremely well versed, attentive, knowledgeable. My room was extraordinary, albeit a little lonely from not being used in awhile. All of my faucets gave me a small spook when I turned them on because they spattered one or two times before the normal flow. The valet and restaurant were very good. I have no gripes about my stay whatsoever. I do have a couple suggestions. There was a floating substance in the jacuzzi that spooked myself and my guest out of it. Though the pool room was very clean and well attended. Secondly, you absolutely need to put bananas on the menu. I should be able to order a banana for breakfast without having to go downstairs to the Sweet Shoppe and get one. I prefer to be in my room. Lastly, please provide gum in the Guest Needs area. While I understand not wanting to promote the act of possibly finding it in inappropriate places, there is an argument to be had for those of us who use it daily as a soothing item. My stay was very good and I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler wanting to experience a lovely lake-side vacation. Always something to do!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Lodges at TimberLake. The area is beautiful. Check inn was quick and easy. The cabin was clean and tidy. Up to date refrigerator microwave and televisions with great picture and selection of channels. Staff was very friendly. Check out was super easy as well. We enjoyed the location was a little out of the way for being peaceful but close enough to the shows and top of the rock that it was perfect for us. Loved the cabin. The bed could have been more comfortable. Only thing we did not love."

"Everything was great, until the second night when we went grill steaks for dinner. The outdoor grill wouldn’t lite. I called the front desk, maintenance came right away and tried to fix it. When they couldn’t, they replaced it either brand new one. Dinner was saved. Service was fantastic!!!"

"We stayed here for a concert at the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena on 7/25/26. Staff was so nice and helpful. Since it's a more rural area, there weren't many Ubers or Lyfts and the shuttle didn't go that far. Be real cool if it did though lol. Room was so nice and well stocked, we will definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the tv wasn't working due to 'no internet ' but we were so tired after the concert it was fine."
