"The hotel is nice and most people at the reception, restaurant and housekeepers are very polite and helpful. However I have also experienced that things asked would not be done even though promised to be fixed, for example filling empty body lotion bottle. I’ve been staying at this hotel over some years. "Great location in a great neighborhood close to downtown, near shops and tram. Beautifully furnished with fresh bedding and good amenities, in a beautiful building. We did have to buy our own sugar, coffee and basics. There was no microwave. Would have liked if basics were supplied, but would still highly recommend !"
