"Das Zimmer war top-modern und sehr neu, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Der Pool ist überraschend groß und blitzsauber, mit vielen Liegen, sodass immer ein Platz zum Entspannen frei war. Die Bar ist hübsch gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders praktisch fand ich den günstigen Snackautomaten für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. Der Service war durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. "It's a great campground for families - there is the beach right there and the pool as well (need swim cap!). Good minimarket and restaurant. Nice staff and fantastic animation for kids in the evening. The bungalows are clean and modern with a nice deck to sit & eat on

The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were charging me 1 night like I had no booking! I got a message from Luigi more than 24hrs after one of my messages saying they waited for me til midnight! But then they were charging me like a walk in guest. Anyway… not what I was expecting. Try their wines! Il marrugio rocks in that."
