Booked a room with a full kitchen but from the start the microwave/convection oven didn’t work. Asked for maintenance to come several times, finally came the second day around 5 pm. Was never fixed. Tanglwood Resort
Room was nice but absolutely zero toilet accessories - no shampoo body lotion etc - location was not good for winter activities. Staff were not particularly friendly.
