"This was a wonderful place to stay with a small group. The rooms were spacious and clean. The dining room met all our needs, and the front office and dining room staff were happy to help with whatever we needed.

"Our room was fastidiously clean and kept tidy. Staff was amazing and made sure all our needs were met, and went out of their way to make us welcome. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The service during meals was just outstanding--we did not have to wait between courses or for our glasses to be refilled as staff kept a close eye. "The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am
sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and was there 15 minutes early. I had to hitch a ride with another couple’s driver (pure luck) to get to the city, My driver is still probably on his way. The worst part is in my haste I left behind my hat. Don’t speak a word of English for those that don’t speak Spanish. Avoid this like the plague."

"Beautiful resort. Fun to walk around, beautiful views and Great rooms. The thermal baths were definitely a great thing to visit on the resort. A bit far, so eating options are limited but the restaurant is very good. I recommend this as part of your journey to the Colca Canyon"

"It is a very nice hotel, right in the middle of the town center, service people are very nice, provide great service and care, the manager Evan is supper nice give us a lot information about the area and idea to visit. Room is spacious clean and bed is comfortable. breakfast is provided. of all , this is a great hotel in Chivay, a lot of tour to Coca canyon and nearby town, beautiful place on earth."
