thanks very much Mr Nathan for your review. the fat is that your kids have destroyed our bed sheet which you are very much aware of. pictures where taken and kept for future use. when i call you for peace talk in my office you refuse and ask me to come to your room which i did, unfortunately i was surprise by your reaction and your wife as well. if you feel to control your children that will not be any manager be rude to you. after all manager is in the property to make sure all guest do the right thing. i believe canada where you stay ,can never try that over there.,because here is your home town you want to take the advantage and do anything and go without anybody questions you? domage fee is everywhere around thew global ,i believe that i m not the first person trying to mention that to you. and also next time please do not use our car pak us your washing bay. every hotel have his rules. we have many foreigners who have used that same room and paid higher amount than you do without any complaint. because the have behave themself well. and also friendly to us which you and your family are not.
