"Most likely the kindest, most helpful staff we’ve encountered in a very long time. Additionally, the restaurant serves traditional Tyrolean food, with the most beautiful dining room. Rooms are comfortable and clean. INCREDIBLE breakfast buffet. The “C” bus is right outside the entrance that takes you directly into downtown historic Innsbruck. A gem of a hotel."

"A lovely hotel in a perfect location. It is right in the heart of the city, yet tucked away in an inner courtyard, so it is very peaceful and quiet. The shower was beautiful and exceptionally spacious. The bed was on the firmer side, and the pillows were only reasonably comfortable. At times, however, it felt as though design had taken priority over practicality. The sink was unnecessarily small, which meant that the area around it was constantly wet. There was a small table and an armchair in the room, which looked nice but we never actually used them. The bedside tables, on the other hand, were terrible – unbelievably tiny. We even had to remove the hotel phone and TV remote to make some space, yet my husband’s phone still fell off during the night, as did my glasses. They were simply too small to hold even the most essential items."

"A fantastic hotel for our stop over in Innsbruck. Friendly, welcoming staff and great facilities. My husband went down to get bigger water glasses for the water in the room and the staff member gave him a whole carafe of ice cold water as well. Great service. Perfect location to be out of the busy area but only a short walk into the centre. Such an amazing room, with a huge balcony. We would 100% recommend a stay here."
