They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From sharing excellent local tips (food spots, hidden gems, and must-see sights), to simply checking in to make sure I was doing okay, they genuinely cared. A perfect example: I forgot my phone charger and mentioned it in passing — Betim immediately offered me one of his own, no hesitation. The breakfast was poor, with weak coffee, tap water, and what seemed like leftover lukewarm orange juice from the previous day in the machine. The dining room manager was rude and irritable. In the evening, there was no hot water in the shower. The towels were old and rough. Definitely not recommended. --- "
