"Needs a revamp - it’s tired. Check in lady was friendly but didn’t offer anymore than there’s no cleaning on Sunday (the day we checked out). Couldn’t find a luggage trolley anywhere (didn’t see one the whole stay either)."

"Access to shops extremely good with Tweed Mall just five minutes' walk across the road. Air con worked well. Staff quite helpful particularly having arrived very late and well after reception had closed. Room very clean. However, the furniture in the room was very tired. Bed very light and moved when sat on. Drawers missing from cabinets and I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights - no bedside lights provided. Price was reasonable though considering only a few hours stay with10am strict checkout."

"The two bedroom unit was well equiped overall and very clean. Staff were very obliging and took on board all requests from visitors. Use of the swimming pool was limited as the wind was often cold as well as the water. It would be lovely as it could spmehow be a covered area??"
