The staff on reception were so friendly and so helpful with needing an early check in, leaving our bags in the lobby and taking our bags up to our room. The location of the apartments is fantastic so close to everything. I would 100 percent stay at Tweed Ultima again and most likely every time I need accommodation on the border.
