Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...

"This hotel has great views. The tub outside was weird for us because people kept walking near our view window / patio opening so couldn’t really keep the screen open to enjoy the view we paid for. Plus it’s really small. Not sure how 2 people can enjoy it. Dead mouse or rat in the main pool. We didn’t know until we were already in. The containers get stuffy fast if the air isn’t on. A lot of bugs can get in too. Maybe it was just the specific unit we had but people walking in our view was a let down. Plus we couldn’t use the fire pit because of the county warning. Everything looked nice and felt upgraded. I would stay again but not get the tub upgrade and try to get a room that doesn’t have an opening people can walk in front of. It’s #16."

"My first time "Glamping", so a lot of this was new to me. FYI....the doors in the photos are not full height. You do have to duck a little bit when going in and out. Not a big deal, but just point it out in case some people have bad backs and/or have trouble stooping. But on a major plus, the floors inside the one I stayed in were wood, so no dirt floors here. Learning to use the outdoor shower was a bit tricky. While it is enclosed with a wooden privacy fence, there is no place to store your change of clothes or to stand while drying off or to place your clothes. Highly recommend bring a drawstring bag or something similar to hold your clothes and hang it off the fence while you shower, or even pack a robe and a clothes hanger to hang it from so you can just use that to get back in to your yurt to change. Also recommend bringing a pair of flip-flops or similar sandals to use in the shower and to walk back into your yurt. I didn't think to bring this but I figured out a creative way to get dressed and dry my feet and then step into my hiking boots right outside the little tub enclosure I was standing in. Despite these little inconveniences there is something awesome about being able to shower outside and being able to have a natural breeze help dry you off outside that no indoor bathroom can match. Little inconveniences but still preferable to having to stay in a standard hotel with shared walls, so still recommend to try."

"The place is meant to be like camping. It’s perfect for sleeping overnight after hiking if you don’t want to camp. The bed is clean and window ac works. You are paying the right price for what you need. It’s not clean but it was okay. It’s colorful and fun. Desert vibes. 🌵 I am glad it’s there for what I needed."
