This hotel is very dated and in need of some much needed investment. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms and property have too many things to list what are wrong, but would not recommend staying there again or recommend a friend to stay there.

Really a unique hotel. Excellent facilities including swimming pool, bocce court, fire pit, and more. Neat rock climbing/outdoor vibe to complement their location close to Joshua Tree National Park.

Pretty angry about this. Was told it was ok to cancel the room by the lady at the front counter and that she would leave notes on the ticket if she wasnt there for a cancel/refund but when hotel.com contacted them, they refused the refund. I would have just stayed the extra night but was lied to ...
