A fantastic family-friendly hotel, The kids loved the indoor pool, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was brand new…so everything was new and clean. I noticed a few things that weren’t finished (in the section that’s open), and some construction debris (but I’m in construction, so the average person probably wouldn’t notice). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pool area and water slides were enjoyed greatly by my whole family. The breakfast was great as well.

The bed was SOO comfortable! The hotel is very clean, staff is kind. Breakfast was great. I left a couple things in my room and checked out. Went there the next evening to see if my things happened to be found. They had all three items in the back. Staff is trustworthy. A big thank you!! Pool and slides are a blast! We will be back!

My children loved the water slides and the room was nice with new beds. I think a few of the staff need to better understand that they have water slides in their building and that means wet excited kids all over the place. Some of the staff don't seem to like children or have a difficult time communicating with children.

Love the extra lighting in the room with good large garbage cans, which is very useful especially staying there longer than two days. But most of all very excellent quality pillows and blankets. Love the distance from the movie theater to the hotel which makes it ideal to walk instead of driving. Thank you to the staff that helped in the morning breakfast(weekend) for your hospitality with care to my family.

The internet was slow and there was no satellite tv- we were expected to login to our own apps, but the internet was so slow, it would barely loving and we couldn’t watch anything. There are no curtains in the room, only a room darkening shade, and the edges were very bright at night from a lamp post outside. There’s also only one mirror in the room- in the bathroom. The pool area was a lot of fun and the slides are awesome, but the stairs to the launch room were very slick and my kids were slipping a bunch, I was afraid of them falling. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was brand new when we stayed there. I took my two young boys to Twin Falls for a kayaking trip so when I saw the water slides at this hotel online, I booked it. They loved the water park! They went on those slides a hundred times! The staff was so lovely and helpful our entire stay! Also, the continental breakfast was outstanding! The best I’ve had at a hotel. I highly recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be back.

Rooms were very reasonably priced, spacious and immaculately clean. The property was quiet despite being geared towards families, breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. A nice extra touch was the dedicated staff making waffles and the gentleman who appeared to be the owner chatting with guests during breakfast. Highly recommend especially for families with children who love pools.
