"I've stayed at another place in Conway for years and years and years. This place was $9 cheaper a night and 90% better than what the other place was. I will never stay in Arkansas again and not in this hotel. I had my grandbabies with me 2 and 1/2 and 8 months old and this staff was so amazing. Child friendly, polite, kind, helpful all around. Great great environment. I highly recommend this place to anybody! Check-In was a breeze locating. Everything was superb. Breakfast was good. Hot and plenty. I have family members that work at other establishments in Conway and will pass them up to stay here. Well worth the money that they asked for a room. Sure it isn't a Hilton or a Marriott or a Disney resort, but for that area it's a perfect choice for anybody!"
"A King room was reserved and paid for at 6:27 on 5/8/26 for one night and and when we got the to check in 45 minutes later they couldn’t find out reservation because they had been having glitches in there system due to updates and therefore some peoples reservations were lost and luckily we were one of them. They could not give us another room due to being completely booked, but assured us that we would be able to get a FULL REFUND through Hotels.com with no problems since was out of our control. We had to find a new hotel for that evening and still have not been able to get past the lovely hold music for more than 30 minutes at a time in order to request our refund. Could someone please look into this and give us our refund. Thank you in advance for any help you can give us regarding this matter.

"The hotel was nice, especially for an older style hotel. Needs some outside paint and touchup, but the room was clean and comfortable. Located close to several good places to eat, and pretty easy access."
"I wasn’t expecting anything fancy because the price was pretty reasonable, but I was still disappointed with some of the basics. The TV wasn’t working during my stay, and even though the staff came to check it, they couldn’t fix it. The fridge also didn’t work, and a lot of the room equipment felt old and outdated.
There was no soap provided for the shower, and the carpet had a noticeable odor as well. The staff was okay overall, but the general quality of the hotel and rooms just didn’t feel up to the mark.
For the price, I expected at least the basic things to work properly. The stay experience definitely needs improvement, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here."
