"Location was excellent but the main road was busy with cars parked on double yellow lines outside the entrance to the property. Nice modern apartment. We had to replace the batteries in the remotes as none worked . The yard needs weeding. The bedding was low quality. The first night was peaceful as there was no one if the flat above us however the second was dreadful. We could hear constant footsteps running up and down . Shouting and screaming kids. IXORA Hotel and Spa

8/10 Good

"Would have been better if entry to the spa was included in the price of the stay rather than it cost extra"

Imperial Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely — I’ve polished the review while keeping your original points and balanced, honest tone. 👍 My stay at the hotel was for business purposes, and I had a double room on the second floor. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and it was attended to daily, with the mineral water replenished each day. The only very minor issue I experienced was that the room became quite cold as the weather changed. I had to ask the staff to turn the heating on in my room, which I found slightly unusual for the middle of October. However, the staff were very attentive and dealt with this promptly, as they did with any other queries I had during my stay. Another very minor observation was that there wasn’t a bin in the foyer. The restaurant staff were lovely, friendly and seemed to have time for everyone. I also noticed them taking particular care to assist guests who had mobility difficulties, which was very nice to see. My only concern during my stay was one afternoon when I was seated in the foyer. I saw four youths come down the stairs and begin trying to open doors. It was apparent that they were not there for any legitimate reason. As I kept an eye on them, they soon left the building. Unfortunately, there were no security staff nearby at the time, and the receptionists were busy assisting guests who we"
