"The location is beautiful and scenery but the cottage itself was too small to accomodate 4 of us. No proper beds just sofa beds which were really a hassle to open and rather uncomfortable. There is no private bathroom and the toilet and showers are locared separately outside the cottage. Making this very uncomfortable and awkward if one needs to use the bathroom late at night in the cold, rain and snow. We ended up leaving and didnt make our full stay 😪 "

"We loved it, and we booked another night right after we arrived, Such a calm, beautiful and original place to spend some time, and feel at ease with nature. The cabin offered all we needed, from a well equipped kitchen, BBQ, canoe, up to a speaker and board games. We got a genuine warm welcome and goodbye from the hosts Camilla and Thomas. "For the last 4 years I’ve been coming to Sweden Rock Festival and always stayed 5 nights at the Grand Hotel. Conveniently located, very close to the train / bus station. Close to the square behind, with hops and restaurants. Breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and the hotel is super quiet. Staff is very professional and helpful. I’ll surely come back again next year for the Festival, and I’ll definitely choose the Grand Hôtel again."
