"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows. "The room had two relatively minor issues: 1. The toilet flush was terrible. Difficult to flush. Impossible with long flush, hit and miss with short flush. 2. The toilet roll holder was in need of securing. Toilet rolls inevitably fell to the floor when used. As I said these issues were relatively minor but were an ongoing irritant."
