"The facilities met my expectations, with ease of accessing to the gym and appointments in the hotel room, made my stay comfortable. I would like to point out that the staff were exemplary, from the front desk to housekeepers, in how courteous and thoughtful they towards me and other guests. I would like to extend a special acknowledgment to Shane and Cameron at the front desk, on my arrival they put me at ease which set the tenor and tone of a beautiful trip to Ann Arbor."

"Staff is always helpful, friendly, and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant but sometimes they have extra pastries from the breakfast for sale at the desk later and they were delicious!"

"I loved the Graduate! It was my first time in this chain. Fun interior with University of Michigan decorations and touches throughout. The staff was warm and nice and local. Great vibe in the place. The long table through the lobby is a wonderful place to drink coffee, bring a laptop or have a semi-public meeting. Great light and energy in the lobby with lots of places to sit. I enjoyed my room. The bed was terrific and water pressure in the shower was strong. I found the room too dark, TBH. Quite a bit of dark wood. It was springtime with long days but I can only imagine how dark it might be inside during the winter. I used the fitness center on the third floor and found it well stocked and at a cool enough temperature to work out; I recommend it. And l enjoyed the cafe in the lobby as well; bought morning coffee and an egg sandwich each morning. Friendly staff and tasty food. Very handy to have inside the hotel for a rainy day or quick bite to eat. Overall I highly recommend the Graduate in Ann Arbor. I’m considering booking a return visit already!"

"It was a clean room and building for the price. It does need updates - bathroom outlets were old and did not allow to plug in curling iron or blow dryer. The plugs kept falling out. TV was not sharp in color."

"The host was very friendly. The room was really nice with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious! The B&B had a lot of nice little touches that made it feel welcoming and homey. The location is right across from campus and a short walk downtown. I’d definitely stay here again."

"We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv. Draw backs: Across the street of a nightclub. Could hear the music and crowds until after midnight. The second bedroom is away from the street and quieter. There is a Major street project going on (signs in elevator indicate until October. There was loud drilling starting at 6 am! Monday through Saturday. (May want to check if this project has ended- work does not happen on Sunday.) Also note: Ann Arbor has freight trains which run close to the building, by law they blare their horns when the pass through town. A train came through at 11 pm. Over a great rental space for a large family. There is a sofa bed as well. The location to Main Street is fantastic. Many great restaurants bars and shops. I would stay here again."

"Great hotel and the location is not far from campus and food. Ethiopian food right next door is excellent too. The bartenders there made it a blast. Chatted with us all evening and convinced us on some cool new drinks we hadn’t had. This will now be our preferred hotel when we visit. "
