"My stay had both positive and negative aspects. The check-in process was smooth and the customer service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean and neat, which made it comfortable. Transportation to and from the airport was timely and convenient, making travel easier, and breakfast was very well done with good quality food and a nice selection. However, there were also some issues. We booked this hotel through Expedia because it listed transportation from the airport to the hotel. When we called the hotel after landing, we were told the shuttle service stops at 9:00 PM. It would have been helpful to know this before booking so we could have planned our arrival accordingly. When we arrived and got to our room, we found several maintenance problems. The toilet was very loose and teetered back and forth, which was concerning. In the morning, we also discovered there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, and the shower was not working. While the staff during check-in were polite, the maintenance issues in the room and the confusion regarding airport transportation made parts of the stay disappointing. "

"Front desk worker was extremely rude. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing and when I questioned it, it devolved into a shouting match and him screaming at me. Room door deadbolt would not work. Shower was difficult to operate. "

"The night i went to check in the was a fist figh between 3 women on the second floor i told the worker and he did nothing. On the 2 night there was a woman historically crying and screaming to being to be let into her room from The first floor, it was so frightening it woke.me out of my sleep. I peeked ttjrouthe window.and noone came to help her. She screamed help me 3 time then went silent. Definitely wont want to stay here again."
